It aims to have a positive impact on you and your family as you can select benefits according to your needs and maximize the value of the benefits to you. Employees are allocated with Flex Dollars every year and can use them to purchase the Optional Benefits such as Insurance premiums, Health Screening/ Vaccination, Smart Watch, Work From Home Equipment, Gym Memberships / Health Equipment / AIA Vitality etc.
